How a class reunion order works
- Count your RSVPs and pick a pack of 12, 24, or 48. Pay the listed total on the homepage.
- After pay, leave email, reunion name and date, and size counts that add up to your pack.
- Send one front design (PNG or PDF preferred) to the orders inbox. That art prints on every shirt.
- We print and ship through Printful or Printify partners to one US address, so the committee can hand them out at check in. Plan on about 10 to 14 business days.

How much do custom class reunion shirts cost?
Packs run $228 for 12 shirts ($19 each), $360 for 24 ($15 each), and $576 for 48 ($12 each). US shipping is included. 2XL through 5XL may add a small size surcharge we confirm before print.
How many reunion shirts should I order for my class?
Count the classmates who have RSVPed, then round up to the next pack. Many committees order a few extra for late RSVPs and spouses. If you have more than 48 people, you can buy more than one pack as long as each pack uses the same single front design.
How early should the reunion committee order shirts?
Plan on about 10 to 14 business days for production and US shipping. If your reunion is sooner than about 14 business days out, email orders@shirtbarn.com before you pay.
Can I print each classmate's name or a back design?
Not in these packs. Every pack is one front design printed on every shirt, in one blank style and one color. A class year, school name, and mascot all fit well on one front design.
Can I use our school logo or mascot?
Send only art you have the right to use. Some schools license their logos, so check with the school or alumni office if you are unsure. Original reunion art like your class year and a simple graphic is always fine.
When do I pick sizes and color?
After you pay. On the success page you enter counts for S through 5XL that add up to 12, 24, or 48. You pick one Softstyle stock color for the whole pack from White, Black, Navy, Sport Grey, Red, Military Green, Sand, or Soft Cream.
